The American College of Surgeons would like to invite you to attend the 91st Annual Clinical Congress, October 16-20, 2005, at the Moscone Convention Center in San Francisco.

The Clinical Congress will afford you the opportunity to advance your knowledge in the traditional surgical areas, as well as learn about the latest innovations in surgery. Participants will choose from a variety of educational offerings, including named lectures, skills-oriented and didactic postgraduate courses, general session panels, specialty and multidisciplinary sessions, the Surgical Forum sessions, and video-based education sessions. Papers will be presented on leading-edge clinical research, and extraordinary scientific and technical exhibits will be on display.

The American College of Surgeons is pleased to announce that it has been able to secure a special discount agreement with United Airlines for the 91st Annual Clinical Congress, October 16-20, 2005. This special discount is not available to the general public.

To book your reservations online, visit United.com. United is offering a 10% discount on selected flights that are booked on United.com. Reservations, schedule, and ticketing information may be obtained on United's Web site by referencing our Electronic Certificate number 501CR. Discounts apply on United Airlines, United Express, and TED qualifying flights.

After you link to United.com, enter your flight information and electronic certificate number in the "Fare Finder" area of the homepage. Flights that qualify for the discount will be clearly identified with a green star symbol, which means that the itinerary is "electronic certificate eligible." When you select an electronic certificate eligible flight, your discounted fare will automatically be calculated.
